Resolve a Base transaction hash into public artifact provenance.

The verifier fetches public metadata, previews the locked carrier artifact, and prints local audit commands. It does not decrypt payloads in-browser.

Agents can help explain and verify public artifact references, but CONFESSIONS.txt never needs your plaintext testimony or private keys to be sent to a remote model.
